2) Good Internet connectivity: You agree, to the best of your ability, to ensure a reliable high-speed internet connection so that we can communicate effectively.
3) Reserved Time: You agree, to the best of your ability, to ensure there are no interruptions during our sessions.
4) Consistency: You agree, to the best of your ability, to schedule a session at least once per week. Meeting less frequently can cause us to lose momentum and undo progress we have made. Depending on how you feel, meeting more than once a week could be productive.
5) Safe Space: You agree, to the best of your ability, to find a private place where you feel comfortable discussing anything without concern about being overheard.
6) Full Disclosure: You agree to make an effort to talk openly about sensitive topics such as sexual habits and orientation, finances, criminal history, addictions, trauma, etc. Your honesty is crucial for making progress.
7) Commitment to Improvement: You agree to be fully committed to the improvement of your relationships and other areas of your life and relationships, not only for your sake, but for that of those around you.
8) Ownership of Decisions: It is part of our job to provide guidance, offer advice, challenge your beliefs, point out where we think you are wrong, and applaud you when we think you are right.
